About the speaker:


Stephen is assistant headteacher and business manager at Dacorum Education Support Centre (4 times ‘Outstanding’) in Hertfordshire. His latest ‘second job’ is as an SRMA. He is enthusiastic about improving life chances and raising aspirations. Previous second jobs included teaching evening classes and SEND adults, tutoring and completing an MBA. His day jobs involved teaching and coordinating all key stages and he loves the role of SBM because it brings together all his experience.
